FORMULA X FILMS is a small, New York City-based independent production company, founded by Kelvin C. Bias. We specialize in science fiction short films with high production value and low cost. Our primary goal is to produce quality DV, HD, 16 mm and 35 mm features and shorts at a minimal budget for submission to worldwide festivals as well as inclusion in DVD film anthologies. We seek to foster domestic and international contacts with fellow filmmakers who are similarly working under severe budget constraints. We can also help filmmakers develop press strategies for their no-to-low-budget independent ventures.
